Requirements

Two supported iPhone or iPad devices.
iOS/iPadOS 26 or later.
Wi-Fi Aware support on both devices.
Microphone permission enabled for active audio sessions.

Basic Start

Open OK Connect on both devices.
Choose Side A on one device and Side B on the other.
Make Side A available, then find Side A from Side B.
Connect, wait for the audio button to become active, then start audio.

Audio Route Help

For best results, use headphones or AirPods. Built-in speakers may feed remote output back into the microphone. Use the route picker in OK Connect Settings or in the session screen to switch routes.

Permission Help

If microphone access is off, open iOS Settings, choose OK Connect, and enable Microphone. OK Connect uses the microphone only during active audio sessions.

Privacy and Safety

OK Connect does not record conversations. Use the app only with people who consent to the nearby audio session.
