Who We Are

Core Privacy Promise

OK Connect is designed for private nearby audio between two supported devices. We do not record conversations, sell personal data, run advertising tracking, or require an account for the core app experience.

Data The App Uses

Microphone audio: used only during an active audio session so the connected peer can hear you. Conversation audio is not recorded by OK Connect.
Nearby device information: used to discover, pair, and connect supported nearby devices through Apple system frameworks.
Audio route and permission status: used locally to show whether the microphone, speaker, headphones, or AirPods route is active.
Support email: if you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send in that email.

Camera Permission

OK Connect does not record video. A camera purpose string is included because Apple system pairing or discovery flows, or linked Apple frameworks, may reference protected camera APIs. If camera access is ever requested by a system flow, it is only for that flow’s visual confirmation.

Data We Do Not Collect

No account profile is required for the core experience.
No conversation recordings are stored by OK Connect.
No advertising identifiers are collected by OK Connect.
No location history is collected by OK Connect.
No contacts, photos, or calendars are requested for the core experience.

Sharing

Live audio is sent directly to the peer device during an active session. We do not sell personal data. We do not share conversation content with advertisers or analytics providers.

Retention and Deletion

OK Connect does not retain conversation audio. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, and protect the app and users. You may request deletion of support communications by contacting sos@educacion.global.

Your Choices

You can revoke microphone or camera permissions in iOS Settings at any time. You can also stop an active audio session inside the app.

Children

OK Connect is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact sos@educacion.global.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The effective date above shows when this version became active.
